For SEO Agencies
White-Label Technical SEO Implementation for SEO Agencies
You have the strategy, the keyword research, and the client relationships. I handle the technical build — programmatic multi-city websites, automated weekly diagnostics, and ongoing page expansion — delivered finished, under your brand.
What I Deliver
Four things agencies hand off to me
Programmatic Multi-City Website Builds
Hand over the client's service list and city list. I build a complete Next.js site with a dedicated page for every city × service combination — schema on every page, fast load times on mobile, GSC and GA4 wired up. You review, approve, and present the finished site as your own work.
Automated Weekly SEO Diagnostics
An automated weekly report connected to your client's Google Search Console and GA4 — surfacing cannibalization, impression drops, position changes, and specific action items every week. Delivered to your agency email and a Google Sheets dashboard. Your client never sees the source.
Monthly Page Expansion
New city and service pages added each month as your client's coverage grows. Each page is researched, built, internally linked, and submitted. You define the roadmap based on your client's priorities; I execute it.
Technical SEO Audits
A detailed audit of what is blocking crawling, indexing, and trust signals on an existing client site — delivered as a prioritized fix list with implementation. Useful as a diagnostic before committing to a full build, or as a standalone engagement for audit-only clients.
The Model
Your brand. Your client. My build.
- →
You own the client relationship entirely. I work under your direction — your client never sees my name unless you choose to share it.
- →
Every deliverable arrives as finished work — a live website, a weekly diagnostic report, a page expansion — ready for you to present.
- →
You bill your client at your own rate. Agency pricing differs from direct client rates and is discussed on a call.
- →
I will sign any NDA your client requires. White-label means fully white-label.
What you hand me
- —Client's service list and target cities
- —Brand guidelines (logo, colors, tone)
- —Keyword research or target queries (if you have them — I can handle this if not)
What I deliver back
- —Complete Next.js site, live and fast
- —Every city × service page, with schema and conversion tracking
- —Weekly GSC + GA4 diagnostic reports — email + Sheets, no client login needed
- —Monthly page expansions as your client's coverage grows
Right Fit
This works if your agency needs a technical build arm
You have clients in local service businesses — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, pool builders, remodeling, auto repair
You have the SEO strategy and content briefs but no Next.js developer on staff
You want programmatic multi-city website builds without building that capability internally
You want automated weekly reporting you can present to clients without compiling it yourself
Agency Questions
Do my clients ever know you are involved?
No. Every deliverable is handed to you as finished work — you present it under your agency's brand. I work under your direction, sign any NDA you require, and never contact your client directly unless you specifically ask me to.
What do I need to hand over to get started?
The client's service list, target cities, and brand guidelines. I handle keyword research, URL architecture, page content, schema markup, and all technical setup. You review and approve before anything goes live.
Does the automated diagnostic work across multiple client domains?
Yes. Each client's report runs on their own GSC and GA4 properties and delivers to a separate email and Sheets dashboard. You receive separate reports per client — each one ready to forward or present as your own output.
How does agency pricing work?
Agency rates differ from direct client rates and depend on scope, engagement volume, and how ongoing the work is. I don't publish agency pricing — book a call and I will walk through what makes sense for your client mix.
