About RankTop DFW
I'm a solo web developer based in Plano, TX. I started RankTop DFW because I kept seeing local businesses get burned by large agencies — paying thousands a month for reports full of vanity metrics while their phone stayed quiet.
The bigger pattern I kept running into was the websites themselves. Most local business sites are built on WordPress with a stack of plugins — slow on mobile, brittle under updates, and technically broken from the start. A site that scores 61 on Google's PageSpeed test is leaking more than half its traffic before the page even finishes loading. No amount of SEO work fixes a foundation that's wrong.
I work on sites I build from scratch on Next.js. Fast by default, technically clean from day one, and structured to rank on Google and get cited by AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You get the same stack Fortune 500 companies build on — and you work directly with me on every call, every report, every update.
Work With Me →Background & Expertise
I'm self-taught — 8 years of software development and more than 11years of hands-on SEO, starting with my own blog and following every major Google algorithm update along the way. For the past two years I've focused specifically on technical SEO, programmatic SEO, and AI search visibility (GEO) — the layer most agencies don't touch because it requires writing code, not just writing content.
I built my own Google Search Console analysis tool that automatically pulls performance data and sends structured reports — the same kind of infrastructure I build for clients. RankTop DFW itself is the proof-of-concept: a brand-new domain that hit over 3,100 impressions in its first 24 days, before a single backlink was built.
